Support
Gymento is made by one person, Ely, who reads every email. If something’s broken, confusing or missing, write in. You’ll usually get a reply within two business days.
Contact
In the app, use Settings › Email support. It fills in your app version, device and account ID, and you see it all before you send.
Sign in with Apple usually hides your real email address, so the account ID is the quickest way to find your account.
Before you email
Most problems go away with an update or a restart:
- Update Gymento in the App Store, and update your iPhone to the latest iOS.
- Close Gymento (swipe it up in the app switcher), then open it again.
Still not working? In your email, include:
- What you did, step by step.
- What happened, and what you expected.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you can.
What you need
- An iPhone with iOS 18 or later.
- An Apple Account, to sign in with Apple.
- Optional: an Apple Watch with watchOS 11 or later.
Apple Watch & Apple Health
Nothing shows up in Apple Health
In the Health app, tap your profile picture, then Apps › Gymento under Privacy, and turn on what you want to share. Then check Settings › Apple Health in Gymento.
Gymento isn’t on your Watch
Open the Watch app on your iPhone and go to My Watch. Scroll to Available Apps and tap Install next to Gymento.
Your account & data
Delete your account in the app, in Settings › Delete account. It deletes everything in your account at once, and it can’t be undone.
Deleting the app from your iPhone doesn’t delete your account. What Gymento saved to Apple Health stays there until you delete it in the Health app.
To see, correct or erase your data, email privacy@gymento.com. The Privacy Policy explains your rights and how soon you’ll get an answer.
Ideas & feature requests
Missing an exercise, a chart or a setting? Email hello@gymento.com. Every idea gets read.
